How do I place orders?
Placing an order is simple using our online shopping cart. Simply add the product to your basket and click the ‘Add to Cart' button. From here, either login or create an account, and you will be taken to our payment pages. For your safety and security, we process all our payments through Sage Pay, one of the leading payment service providers. If you're having problems you can contact us by email at firstname.lastname@example.org.
How do I return goods?
Due to the nature of what we sell, we cannot accept the return of goods that have been worn or used. However, we will exchange or refund your order as long as it is in the original packaging. Simply contact us to get an RAN number and advise on return details.
How long after I place my order will I receive my items?
Delivery to UK addresses is 2-3 days, Europe & Eire - 3-7 days and Rest of the World up to 14 days from dispatch.
What cards do you take?

How secure is your site?

Your credit card information is not stored on our servers.

How do I track my order?
If you have not received you order by the date you were given at the point of purchase please email us at email@example.com or call +44 (0) 1977 518144 with your Order Reference Number and we will check for you.
Are the product images shown an accurate representation of the actual item?
We invest a lot of time and effort in providing high quality images to give you a good representation of what the product will look like. We also provide a zoom functionality to allow you to check the details. However, all monitors display colours differently, so be sure to read the information about the colours carefully.
I've received my delivery, but it isn't what I ordered.
Like everyone else occasionally we can make mistakes. If you find that we've made a mistake with your order, contact us on +44 (0) 1977 518144 and we'll be more than happy to rectify the problem at no extra cost to yourself.
